Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rules and refund guidelines.

This page outlines cancellation timelines, amendment rules, and refund handling for bookings made through Travolyo B2B.

1. Supplier-driven rules

Cancellation and amendment charges are governed by supplier terms for each service. The exact policy shown at booking time applies to that reservation.

2. Free cancellation window

If a supplier offers free cancellation, changes must be completed before the cutoff time shown in the booking details. After the cutoff, penalties may apply.

3. Non-refundable bookings

Some rates, activities, or packages are marked non-refundable. These bookings are not eligible for refund once confirmed, except where required by applicable law.

4. No-show handling

No-show cases are typically charged in full as per supplier policy. Late arrival without prior confirmation may be treated as no-show.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed after supplier confirmation. Processing timelines depend on payment method, bank, and supplier settlement cycles.

6. Force majeure and exceptions

In exceptional situations (for example weather disruption, operational closure, or regulatory restrictions), waiver decisions are made case by case by the supplier.
