3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings for flights, hotels, and events must be made through the Travolyo platform or authorized representatives.
• Payment for services must be made according to agreed terms, including prepayment for some services.
• Travolyo reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received in full.
• Prices displayed are in AED and are subject to change based on supplier rates and availability.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must follow supplier-specific rules for flights, hotels, and event services.
• Refund eligibility depends on airline, hotel, and event policies.
• Travolyo will assist in processing cancellations and refunds but is not liable for supplier penalties or fees.

5. Use of Services

• You agree to use Travolyo services only for lawful business purposes.
• Sharing your account login or booking credentials with unauthorized users is prohibited.
• Misuse of the platform, including fraud or falsifying information, may result in account termination.

6. Supplier Responsibility

• Travolyo acts as a B2B platform connecting clients with airlines, hotels, and event suppliers.
• All services are provided by third-party suppliers; Travolyo is not responsible for supplier quality, availability, or performance.
• Travolyo will assist in resolving disputes, but final responsibility lies with the supplier.

7. Liability

• Travolyo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by airlines, hotels, events, or other third-party suppliers.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through Travolyo.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Travolyo platform, including logos, text, and images, is owned by Travolyo.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Data and Privacy
